Meet The Founder

Wellness Masterminds Founder Angela Ewari

Meet Angela, the creator and founder of Wellness Masterminds, a wellness advocate whose simple wellness practices are igniting hope and excitement while changing mindsets around the concept of well-being and creating a wellness plan.


Angela's journey to well-being began for pain management, but as she careened into adulthood as an entrepreneur, wife and mother (and then single parent) the consistent low-level stress from constant life changes was depleting her health and resources. The desire to learn how to navigate the healing process while avoiding the cycle of injury and recovery lead to yoga and coaching certifications and recognition as a leader in the wellness industry.


Her greatest journey (outside of motherhood) came after a 15-year hiatus from running to accomplish her dream to run along the Mediterranean Sea by finishing the French Riviera Marathon.  


Angela was honored to become a Governor Appointee to the Colorado Governor's Council for Active and Healthy Lifestyles, from which she received the Distinguished Service Award as Vice President. It was a special honor for her to be inducted into the Special Olympics Colorado Hall of Fame for years of dedication as state games committee member and competition venue director.
